What are the Logo requirements?
If you want to use your own logo, it must be in vector format. File types include .ai and .eps, but having this type doesn't necessarily mean that it is vector. We can vectorize logos for you but we cannot print photo realistic logos. The size for a logo on the chest or back is "12 across, 6" for the sleeves.
What logos do you have?
We have all the industry standard logos that pertain to fishing and boating. If you have a regional or local logo that we may not have you can send it to us using the requirements above.
How does sizing work?
Our sizes fit true. If you usually wear an XL, you should order an XL.
What kind of fabric are the jerseys?
The jerseys are made from a breathable wicking fabric. There is no added UV protection.
Do you have children sizes?
Our smallest size is an adult small.
Do you offer free previews?
No. Due to the demand we do not have the time to make free previews. When you order a jersey you will get a preview to make sure everything is correct before the jersey is made.
Can I get a discount if I add the Atomic Bass Jersey Logo to my jersey?
As of right now we do not offer any discounts to add our logo to your jersey. You can still feel free to add it though if you like it!
What is your return policy?
If you feel you have an error/manufacturing defect on your jersey, Atomic honors a 10 day warranty review policy from the date you received your garment to contact us via email with an explanation of the issue/error. Please include photos of the specific issue. All Atomic apparel is custom made for each customer, so Atomic may request the garment be returned for further inspection to reach a resolution. If a request of a garment return is denied by the customer, the issue will be considered resolved and no further action will be taken by Atomic. Due to our thorough proofing process, Atomic is not responsible for any artwork or spelling errors that you have approved that may have occurred on the finished garment. Atomic is not responsible for the incorrect size ordered and approved by the customer. Atomic reserves the right to refuse any returns if the information received leads to a conclusion of customer error during the proofing process.
