Warranty & Resolution

What is Atomic Warranty and Resolution for Custom Products?

Atomic offers custom made products with a warranty for every order placed along with a resolution. Due to the custom nature of our products offered we will work with you our customer to a resolution under the warranty set forth versus returns and refunds as we do not carry stock inventory. If a refund is deemed necessary in parting to a customer we also reserve the right to refuse future business exchanges between the customer and Atomic.

If you feel you have an error/manufacturing defect on your jersey, Atomic honors a 10 day warranty review policy from the date you received your garment to contact us via email with an explanation of the issue/error. A warranty review cannot be dated as called into Atomic. All information needs to be emailed for documentation. Please include the Order number, photos of the specific issue to be sent to All Atomic apparel is custom made for each customer, Atomic may request the garment be returned for further inspection to reach a resolution. If a request of a garment return is denied by the customer, the issue will be considered resolved and no further action will be taken by Atomic. If the 10 day warranty is expired from the date received Atomic will not proceed to open a Quality Control Review and the order will remain closed as completed.  Due to our thorough proofing process, Atomic is not responsible for any artwork or spelling errors that you have approved that may have occurred on the finished garment. Atomic is not responsible for the incorrect size ordered and approved by the customer and will not open a Quality Control Review for any garments due to sizing errors ordered by the customer.

Atomic reserves the right to refuse if the information received leads to a conclusion of customer error during the proofing process.
