Do not email custom logos to Atomic Customer Service. Once you place your order you can go to your account and select the “Upload Logos” button and upload your logos directly to your designer. You will also receive a “reminder email” with a link in it to provide your logos to your designer so they can begin working on your order. Do not send custom logos to Atomic before placing an order.
Atomic will not accept logos from individuals who have not placed an order.
Preferred logo formats: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF (vector), or hi-resolution (150 DPI or greater) JPEG/JPG. In some instances, a hi-resolution PNG may work.
Issues with PNGs: PNGs which are used for website images are usually too low of quality or too small in size to use for jersey artwork and will appear pixelated and jagged. If you cannot get a logo in the formats noted please provide the best logo image, you have for the designer to review. If the logo is not useable the option to leave the space blank, replace it with text, or select a different logo will be presented to you.
Once your designer receives all of your custom logos, they will provide you with a proof. You will be able to adjust logo size and position during the proofing process. If you do not provide print ready logos in a timely manner it will delay the proofing process.
