You need to make sure the email you placed the order with is the same as the account your using.
If you used someone elses email or account to place your order you will not see the order or notifications in your account.
For example if you used your childs, parents or teammates account to place your order the order will show up in their account. It will not be sent to your email unless you placed the order under your own account.
