Cancellation & Processing

Orders that have not yet been proofed or approved by the customer to enter production can be cancelled and are subject to the 3.99% re-processing fee. Please email customerservice@buyatomic.com. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.

Orders that have been proofed and design rendered requesting cancellation will be charged $25 per garment covering Atomic’s design time and re-processing. Please email customerservice@buyatomic.com. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.

Orders that have been approved/entered into production cannot be cancelled.
