Risk of Loss/ Stolen Shipments

Atomic no longer has ownership of the product once packages are turned over to the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to begin the delivery process. Any issues arising during the delivery process must be addressed by the customer directly with the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once packages have left Atomic’s facility, Atomic is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Atomic is not responsible for misdelivered packages based on incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Atomic is not responsible for misdelivery due to carrier error or theft of delivered packages from customers’ property or specified delivery location.
