Troubleshooting

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO TROUBLESHOOT CHECKOUT ISSUES

1. Save your design(s)
2. Sign out of your account
3. Clear Your Browsing History, Cache, and Cookies.
4. Close your Browser.
5. Relaunch your Browser, Navigate to our site, and sign into your account.
6. Begin the checkout process again

PAYMENT ISSUES

If you have tried steps 1-5 with no luck, the next step is to contact your bank/financial institution. Atomic cannot assist with payment issues/declines. Here are some talking points to address the issue with your financial institution:

Card Declined: Ensure your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds.
Payment Gateway Error: Try a different payment method or refresh the page and try again. You may have a default card in your digital wallet, that is a payment method we don’t accept. Please check all payment details. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Authorization Hold: Depending on the type of card you are using their may not be enough funds avaliable to complete your purchase
Security/Limit Restrictions: Some payments are blocked for security reasons. Ensure your billing address matches your card details.
Pre Paid Cards or Gift Cards: If you have issues with this type of card you will need to contact the support for that card.

You must have an Email Address to create an account and place an order with Atomic.

Here's a few things to try...

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Double check spelling of your email address. (Example:.com.@gmail)
3. Are you using a work email that may be blocking unauthorized communication (if yes, ask company IT for help)
4. Is your email full? No new emails can be received.

It looks like you’re having problems with your Cell Phone Code. Here’s a few things to try…

1. Confirm your cell phone number is correct.
2. Do you have a signal on your cell phone?
3. If you have entered a landline number in the cell phone field it will NOT work. You will NOT receive a code.You MUST use a cell phone number.

If you cannot resolve your cell phone issue, you can proceed, without SMS messaging and your cell phone number. You will only receive email notifications/communication.
