DO YOU HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT?
If yes, request a password reset.

If you do NOT get an email when you request a reset we do not have an account under that email. You will need to use an active email and create a new account.

I CANNOT REMEMBER THE EMAIL I USED TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT
Use an active email to create a new account. When creating an account, if this email already exists, you can click the reset password button

YOUR BROWSING WINDOW MAY HAVE BEEN OPEN TO LONG CREATING A TIMEOUT ERROR
Clear browsing History.

If you are using Google Chrome, follow the steps below:
1. Delete browsing history
2. Quit Google Chrome
3. Reopen Google Chrome
4. Navigate back to the Atomic Website

I HAVE AN ACTIVE EMAIL, BUT AM NOT RECEIVING ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
You need to make sure the email you placed the order with is the same as the account your using.

If you used someone elses email or account to place your order you will not see the order or notifications in your account.
For example if you used your childs, parents or teammates account to place your order the order will show up in their account. It will not be sent to your email unless you placed the order under your own account.

It looks like you're having problems with your Email Code.

You must have an Email Address to create an account and place an order with Atomic.

Here's a few things to try...

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Double check spelling of your email address. (Example:.com.@gmail)
3. Are you using a work email that may be blocking unauthorized communication (if yes, ask company IT for help)
4. Is your email full? No new emails can be received.

It looks like you’re having problems with your Cell Phone Code. Here’s a few things to try…

1. Confirm your cell phone number is correct.
2. Do you have a signal on your cell phone?
3. If you have entered a landline number in the cell phone field it will NOT work. You will NOT receive a code.You MUST use a cell phone number.

If you cannot resolve your cell phone issue, you can proceed, without SMS messaging and your cell phone number. You will only receive email notifications/communication.
