Cancellation & Processing

Orders that have not yet been proofed or approved by the customer to enter production can be cancelled. Please email customerservice@buyatomic.com. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.

Orders that have been proofed and design rendered are subject to a 20% cancellation charge for processing. Please email customerservice@buyatomic.com. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.

Orders that have been approved/entered into production cannot be cancelled.

Here's a few things to try...

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Double check spelling of your email address. (Example:.com.@gmail)
3. Are you using a work email that may be blocking unauthorized communication (if yes, ask company IT for help)
4. Is your email full? No new emails can be received.

It looks like you’re having problems with your Cell Phone Code. Here’s a few things to try…

1. Confirm your cell phone number is correct.
2. Do you have a signal on your cell phone?
3. If you have entered a landline number in the cell phone field it will NOT work. You will NOT receive a code.You MUST use a cell phone number.

If you cannot resolve your cell phone issue, you can proceed, without SMS messaging and your cell phone number. You will only receive email notifications/communication.
