Proofing Process

Atomic Jersey Designs are proofed to the customer after purchase. Each order placed receives up to 2 proof renders to make the appropriate requested modifications. In certain circumstances we understand more than 2 proofs may be necessary. Once a proof is approved by the customer the order is placed into the production schedule to start manufacturing. No further changes can be made to an order/proof once final approval has been made by the customer. NO ORDER is placed into manufacturing without the customer’s approval/consent. If Atomic does not receive approval for the proof provided to the customer it remains in proofing status and is not placed into production

You must have an Email Address to create an account and place an order with Atomic.

Here's a few things to try...

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Double check spelling of your email address. (Example:.com.@gmail)
3. Are you using a work email that may be blocking unauthorized communication (if yes, ask company IT for help)
4. Is your email full? No new emails can be received.

1. Confirm your cell phone number is correct.
2. Do you have a signal on your cell phone?
3. If you have entered a landline number in the cell phone field it will NOT work. You will NOT receive a code.You MUST use a cell phone number.

If you cannot resolve your cell phone issue, you can proceed, without SMS messaging and your cell phone number. You will only receive email notifications/communication.
