WAS THIS ORDER PLACED BEFORE JULY 2024?

Orders placed before July 2024 will not appear in your account. We do have orders placed before this date archived locally, but since our system update on July 2024 these will no longer appear in the order history in your account.

CAN I STILL REORDER A DESIGN THAT WAS PLACED BEFORE JULY 2024?

Yes, you can still reorder these. In the final page of our builder in the “additional information” Section list the Order #. If you cannot find your previous order number we may be able to find your order using club name, contact name, or email.

If you placed a team order with discount pricing, it will not show up in your account.

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Double check spelling of your email address. (Example:.com.@gmail)
3. Are you using a work email that may be blocking unauthorized communication (if yes, ask company IT for help)
4. Is your email full? No new emails can be received.

1. Confirm your cell phone number is correct.
2. Do you have a signal on your cell phone?
3. If you have entered a landline number in the cell phone field it will NOT work. You will NOT receive a code.You MUST use a cell phone number.
